What can Rental Co. do for me?

We know the rental market in Tilburg and surrounding areas. We use our network to find a suitable rental home for you. That's why we might be able to match you with a property that isn't (yet) listed on rental websites.

When do I have to pay Rental Co.?

We operate entirely on a No Cure, No Pay basis. You register for free on our website and only pay when you've signed a rental contract and officially become the tenant of the property. There are no hidden fees.

What fees do I pay to Rental Co.?

When we successfully match you with a property at your request and you sign the rental contract, you pay us once the all-inclusive rent (excluding VAT) for the respective property. These costs are called brokerage fees

What does Rental Co. do?

We actively search for a suitable home at your request (by registering on our website). We use our network in the area to find a property. We act as an intermediary between you and the landlord and schedule the property viewing for you.

When will the services from Rental Co. stop?

Our work stop once you've signed the rental contract. From that point on, we no longer act as an intermediary, and communication goes directly through the landlord. You can contact them with any questions about your new rental property.

Does Rental Co. have a waiting list?

We provide personalized services and therefore do not use a waiting list. We review each registration to see which property best fits the housing preferences. Then, the tenant and landlord decide together if and under what conditions the property will be rented.
